  • Cox had such a monopoly that clearly shows the greed of the company. The $89.00 package was never $89. Add phone, internet, tv=$99 & change + 30 in taxes, FEES, & blah blah blah = approximately $120.00 I wasted so much time with customer service. They tell you they will call you back but they don't. Second bill and I cancelled my service. I initially was going to just cancel television and phone and they told me that my internet was $89. I said nope I'm not buying into the Monopoly. And before I cancelled the internet I asked him about the $39 internet that I saw on the internet. He said oh that's for new customers. Cox is such a scam!!!! The greed is so so obvious!!
