  • While presumably independent owners, they proudly continue the Danny's Car Wash tradition of pushy upselling. Me: "I'd like the basic oil change and car wash". Them: "Ok. When you gonna get this car detailed?" Um, this 13 year old Jetta? Never, but thanks for asking. And if I am going to get a car detailed, I probably won't take it to the place that failed to vacuum my trunk, spilled random items from my glove box on the floor and left them, and then sent me off with a complimentary screwdriver and the dirtiest rag imaginable on my passenger seat. Perhaps, this serves me right for letting them change the cabin filter. Still- $35 for an oil change and car wash while you go do some shopping is not unreasonable.
