  • I had an appointment and came 15 mins early. Got checked in and waited for about 25 mins for my number to be called. I came to get a handicapped placard. I have a difficulty walking,it was hard to walk all the way to the other side where my window was. After all that, I was told that they ran out of placards! I wasted all this time to drive there and wait, only to be told to do it by mail!!!! Why couldn't you put up a sign that said, " Sorry, we are out of placards!" So, I have to fax it and it's going to take a while to get it. I would have given this place 0 .
