I cannot say enough good things about 1000 Degrees Pizza.
I am gluten intolerant, and that causes many issues when you are trying to eat out. I hate being an inconvenience to restaurants, but I also do not want to get sick.
I have now visited 1000 degrees three times. None of those times did I get sick. In fact the employees go above and beyond what I have ever seen. Each time, they got fresh toppings out from the fridge, went and got clean utensils, and cooked the pizza on a special tray in the big 1000 degree oven instead of just on the brick where other gluten pizzas have sat. It may take a few more minutes for the wonderful staff to pull new toppings out, but the risk of cross contamination is so much less. Plus, the pizza is FANTASTIC!!
Thank you 1000 Degrees for going above and beyond. I will be back again and again.
