  • The only reason I put one star is because you cant select no stars! WTF, I rented a place from them for almost a year...when I got the place it was ok clean but nothing fabulous....that's all good....we never really did a walk through when I first got the place...meh, I didn't think much of it. I have always been a good renter and have always gotten my deposit back. I moved out before the lease was up, paid the 1000$ to break the lease.....it was nice to be able to do that but the final walk through!!!!!!! Don't ever expect to get your money back! I cleaned my place nicer than it was when I got it. I did the walk through....she had her list and found dust on a window sill, dust on a light, dust on a baseboard, and the stove needed to be cleaned. I asked her how much they were going to charge me, she said she didn't know. I didn't think it would cost me 324$ for F*%$#@G dust. plus other charges that don't make sense...miscellaneous charges, adjustments, If you rent from them after reading this ...you know what to expect! They constantly send notes to have access to your place for inspections or something.....I had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom... I don't think they checked it out....I had a broken tap leaking pretty bad for 3 weeks with a steady stream of water coming out....the water bill must have tripled....the bathroom looked like it was renovated by Canada's worst handyman. I know Calgary has a shortage of rentals now...you would be better off living in a van down by the river! O and after I paid my final bill they sent me another one with more charges on it plus interest charges because the lady I gave the check to didn't deposit it. Then they call to harass you for payment.....I paid just to get rid of these shady people.
