I booked a room at this hotel 2 months in advance for a 2 day stay. The day before we were to arrive I received an email that appeared to be a scam. It did not come from the hotel but from RENEL LUECK - the email said HI LOIS (which isn't my name, then it said and I quote "WE HAVE TO RELOCATED YOU TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL WE WILL BE SENDING YOU TO THE HOLIDAY INN ON 3122 LEBANON CHURCH ROAD SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE IF YOU CAN GIVE US A CALL AFTER YOU GET THIS EMAIL. THANKS AMY. They didn't even include a number to call.
The day we were to Actually check in I called the hotel to see if they held the room for late arrival, I was then informed that they had indeed switched my reservation to another hotel!!! They said they were over booked due to a wedding, I made this reservation months in advance. This is horrible customer service, really they didn't know when I booked that they would not have a room. If we had wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn I would have booked our room there.
I will never stay at a Marriott Hotel ever after this.They also told me that I could come back tomorrow as they would have a room then. Like hell I'll ever stay there. The one woman show here at Holiday Inn informed me that we are not the only unhappy customers that the hotel did this too.
Save yourself the headache and don't even waste your time making a reservation here, they probably won't honor it anyway.
