  • We made our reservation about one month before our scheduled trip during Thanksgiving weekend. After making the reservation I immediately received an email confirmation with times of pick up and return. The morning of pick up I received a call from our driver David that he was enroute in few minutes. Right on time at 10:30am for the drive to Rocky Point. There was an entire family already in the van but it was very comfortable and fun. David was very friendly, courteous and very informative all the way there. He stopped twice for some breaks and fuel and we arrived about 3:00pm at our hotel. The whole experience was a delight. Our pick up from Rocky Point was four days later and right on time. Again at 10:30 am. The ride back was a treat as we were allowed to bypass the 2-3 hour long line of cars waiting to cross the border. David said it was because we were a commercial vehicle. All we had to do was exit the van with our bags and walk through Customs. The whole process took about 10 minutes! It sure beat waiting 2-3 hours in a private vehicle. That alone was worth the price of the shuttle. Now about the price. They offer considerable discounts to groups of 6 or 8 but because we were only 2 people the price was $190 for each of us for round trip shuttle. A little steep. We would definitely use Head Out again but hopefully next time we will have more people to go so we can get the $100 fare.
