  • AC went out on Thursday night and I called Croffoot on Friday at 8:30AM. They were at my house by noon, and it took owner Kirk about 10 minutes to troubleshoot the problem, which was a circuit board/relay issue. He did a 'work around' and got me up an running within a few minutes. The office placed the order with Trane for the circuit board and Kirk was back out per my schedule on Tuesday to install the new circuit board. All was back to normal in 15 minutes. I was never without cool air, and now that it's repaired it works like a charm. This guy has 30+ years of experience, his wife runs the office, they call you back very quickly, they call to tell you they're on their way and they solve the problem honestly and for a reasonable price. This will be the only A/C company I recommend to others in the future. Thanks Croffoot.
