  • I was really impressed with the customer service, both by the owner, Ian and the site staff! Mike @ bell road store showed my wife and I about 8-10 mattresses and answered all our questions with patience. I saw more than 5-6 customers who walked in and bought mattresses in the hour or so I was still around trying different mattresses. That gave me the confidence to buy one from this store. :) I felt extremely at ease shopping at this mattress store. We eventually got a stearns and foster king mattress. From what I learn, these are mattresses that are for sale @ major retailers like Sears, Macy's, Costco etc at twice the price. Structurally, nothing wrong with them....May have minor cosmetic issues. I would highly recommend these guys for your mattress needs. One advice : try out mattresses and know the type you like @ the regular stores like Mattress firm etc., then come over and choose the one you like @ AMO. They let you try mattresses here, but they have a plastic protector on it. You may not get the authentic feel and softness of the mattress here. Also, get a pillow with you - will make your selection easier. For the skeptics, give them a try - you won't regret! Thank you AZ mattress overstock!
