  • Ok so let me start by saying this... I live literally a minute away and this or fiesta farms or MAYBE sobeys are my go to grocery store. But CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE is the worst by far. Those bakery girls... I have complained many times. They have given me wrong cakes, wrong prices over and over. Customer service is little to none at the bakery section, every other section seems to be decent enough. The girls all talk amongst themselves and make you feel like you're interrupting. They roll their eyes, and yes "they" because its more than 3 who have done this to me. I love loblaws and I think the quality is great, but since the major renovations last year they really took a hit on customer service. Really too bad, hope they can fix this.
