  • I paid the deposit to begin the design of the kitchen area I wanted for my home. I met with a "designer" named Kym who was nice enough but failed to produce any plans that were either practical or pleasing to the eye. Actually, they were exceptionally poor designs which would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars in renovation costs (moving plumbing, etc) had I moved forward. I thought I had been taken by a company that puts out an image of professionalism, etc but just doesn't deliver. The non refundable deposit was like "throwing" 750 bucks right out of the window! They were also talking about more than 5 to 6 months to complete these horrendous plans! I ended up hiring another company and my house is unbelievably transformed. It was a hit totally outside of the ballpark and it is plainly put; a serious gem of a property with high end finishes, granite and appliances to boot. Wow! I am still (2 years later) amazed. It just dawned on me that i had not written a review to help others decide on hiring this company. Word to the wise should be sufficient. I'd look elsewhere. Did I mention that my project that I am so pleased with took 2.5 weeks to completion!!!! Unbelievable. There is no obtrusive center island with rerouted plumbing; rather, we knocked out a wall and opened the entire side of the home up to a grand area that boasts the most beautiful back splash and granite counter top plus beautifully stained cabinets that are simply put: breath taking. I wish there was some way that I could sue them to get my deposit money back but I guess this is one they get away with and Im out several hundred dollars just because "it's non refundable". What a rip!
