Stopped using the service dept when I was told by the TECHNICIAN the front fender would have to be removed to fix the washer fluid line - went to another garage where the MECHANIC
simply pushed the hose back onto the T (easily accessibly on top of the firewall)
However, with the new cattle coral checkouts - they have lost my business
Maybe the concept is good - surround your customers with high impulse Franks crap and get a few incremental dollars from the customer - but you need to staff the checkouts and lose the snarky security guard
I miss the days when CTC was customer centric
