For $15 a month you get what you pay for. Cables consistently broken, dumbbells scattered everywhere, unclean facilities, no improvement/investment in equipment, and an unfriendly staff (especially since Brent left).
That all being said the main reason for the 1 star is the customer service at EOS corporate which is Jonas. I called and wanted to speak with a manager 2 weeks ago, was asked to leave her a message, and nothing. Having been in the customer service industry for a number of years this is a red flag to me. This is a company that is getting whatever money they can out of their facilities regardless of the customer cost.
And finally, please hire a Fitness Manager to supervise the trainers before someone gets hurt. A couple of them need some help badly.
