  • I been to Yama Sushi a couple of times when I came to Las Vegas a few times and back then I was an amateur sushi fan. I was only into the fried types of sushi rolls but now I gained my love for nigiris and decided to eat at the AYCE menu. It's $27 per person for dinner so we decided to take advantage of that so we ordered a lot of nigiris right of the bat. And man they were so fresh. Since we were sat at the sushi bar we got enough attention from the sushi chef, which was a good thing because you want your food to be there faster. Plus he was also very helpful. I tried Uni for the first time ever and I thought it was okay. Not my favorite sushi but it's decent. I think it's safe to say that this place is my favorite AYCE sushi restaurant and def will be back next time I come back to town.
