I bought my previous car from them 3 years ago and was super happy, I got a good deal and the best car I ever had 2011 Durango,
I do a lot or driving so after 3 years it was time to trade my car before warranty expired. I went back there and met the same sales man who sold me the last car, I looked to keep grand Cherokee and really liked it.
Unfortunately the price was very high and the payments where impossible for me to make, the sales manager Bararam (I think) came to the rescue and his solution was 2 months no payments and a check from hen for 2 payments and after 10 months we will come back to refinance. It sound good and manageable. After signing the deal and getting my car the headache started.
I went there a few times asking about the check, and I got the round around every time. Always a deferent answer, and hold and behold I got the finance papers and my first payment was due 40 days after the contract was signed and not 2 months.
We had to go back there and ask about it and once again got the run around.
I am a man of my words and they are not
