rev:text	This company was contacted by Kia Road Side Assistance to tow my car that broke down on 101 on a Saturday night. They showed up on a timely manner even tough it was passed midnight. The driver was pleasant and nice. The car was supposed to be dropped off at a Kia dealership Sunday morning. Monday morning, around 11:00 I called the dealership and I was told that they do not have the car. I called Charity towing and nobody answered the phone. I called the driver phone number and I was told that one of their employees did not show up for work therefore my car was not delivered on Sunday. At 11:00 on Monday nothing would happen until I called them and had Kia Road Side Assistance call them. After the call to Kia they stated that the car will be delivered to the dealership within one hour. Three hours later the car was at the dealership. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are willing to hold their hand to have them do what they are paid to do.
