  • Beware!!!!! I financed a moped from this place and was told that after I paid off the moped that I could come in and get my title on it. I rode it home and after a week or so it stopped working properly, it would not start unless I jump started it, it would stall and eventually the pump went out on it and it leaked gas all over my garage. I paid it off and went in to get the title on it and the rude cigar guy gave me one but made me feel as though I was a criminal as he lacked customer service all together. The place was smokey and the people were cold. When I told him about the scooter not running he told me all the things that I must have done wrong and made it seem as though it was my fault, but the scooter stopped running after one week. Total piece of crap. I asked to have it repaired and the said I could hire a truck person for $25 to bring it to them and then I would need to pay for all of the repairs....WAIT but this was a new scooter. I have decided to just keep it in my garage and just look at it! So frustrating! No customer service and something is very fishy with this place as the title doesn't even match the scooter, it is just some generic on.
