  • Worst customer service ever! I called to get a consultation for a tattoo removal I was told by Shelbie that we can do the consultation over the phone. So I sent a picture of the tattoo I want removed and we talked price and treatment sessions and scheduled my appointment for the first session. When I went in the front desk lady didn't have me on the schedule and said they would never do a consultation over the phone....horrible communication all around. I won't be going back.
