Pros & Cons. This is a beautiful golf resort. The property was just purchased by Wyndham and it needs a lot of renovations to the property. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and allowed for our relaxation in comfort. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Having the kitchenette was a plus waking up to brewing coffee in the morning.
Some cons: the walkway bricks aren't all stable. After a few trips and near miss falls and test of agility, we had to call management about the safety issue. The internet worked sporadically. Being here for business, we had to go elsewhere for reliable internet. Hope they fix it, but it was free.
Last but not least, the concierge phone calls everyday were annoying as heck. First day I called front desk asking if there was a fire in my room or an emergency going on in my building. Being told no, I explained that the way the concierge called all my private phone numbers and room leaving messages I assumed there was an emergency...I asked to be removed from the calling list unless there's A real emergency. We were called at 7:30am the next day And that was it for annoyances by phone.
Other than that, the staff was awesome and accommodating. Thank you.
