  • Staff here has no concern to help consumers. I came in Saturday to pay my bill because I was late, I got a $10 late fee for being 2 days late...2 days. I took ownership, didn't have the fee removed, paid the bill and moved on. Wednesday I come in again and all of a sudden 4 days later after just having paid $20 I now owe a magical annual fee and the late fee for that, that didn't exist 4 days prior... Ummm pardon me but as a consumer I'm not a moron and I never signed a contract for any of this. The sad thing is, is none of the representatives could explain why or show me where or why I should be charged this when I never agreed to it. I am not sure if this company knows what UDAAP means but this location is a good example of that and I'm not just going to leave this review on yelp. Do yourself a favor don't get sucked in by the glorious sound of only $10 a month, with no contract... it is definitely not just that.
