  • I went to Echo & Rig with a large party of roughly 70 people. When you have a large group like this you need 4 main servers, 4 or 5 runners and how many managers to make sure things run smoothly and let me say they did not. First, we had servers come and take our drink order twice and then not everyone at our table got their drinks. Second, we ordered our food and of course my burger was burnt and, so I sent mine back. Third, we were to get potatoes, sausage and bacon family style and that did not come out with our meal nor before. Also, they brought bread and the bread ran out and they did not refill the bread. Our table did not get potatoes and the server dropped our sausage on the table. Fourth, they did not refill our beverages and people kept asking for refills. Fifth, what we did eat everyone said their food was good and well-seasoned. Last, if you know that you are expecting 70 people you should have prep better, so we would not have waited if we did. When you know that you have 70 people and being a Steakhouse, you need to let your other customers know that it is a possibility that they may have to wait for their food; however, I do not understand why your 70-top had to wait an hour and ten minutes for their food. At my table we discussed that no matter where we go the restaurants are never ready for us no matter how long they have known we were coming. I will try them again for a party of 2.
