  • This place is trash. I tried to check in, the reservation is under my husbands name and they wouldn't allow me to check in for "security" reasons. We have the same last name I'm carrying way too much luggage for 1 normal person. Absolutely ridiculous "company" policy. I feel as though if I were older or in business attire I wouldn't of been scrutinized against. Don't waste your time at this hotel with no customer service.
