  • I took my family to Rachel's Kitchen this morning. We were looking forward to a nice breakfast on the patio. They had been open for 15 minutes but the patio wasn't open so we had to eat inside. It may seem like a small thing but Rachel's Kitchen charges a premium for breakfast food. I feel like the atmosphere should be complete and ready for breakfast service when the doors open. People who work in/own restaurants know front of the house management is key.
