  • Poor customer service! They put ads in magazines about discounts and then do not honor them. Most importantly they cheat their consignors. I consigned a pair of Prada boots I paid $1200 for at Neiman Marcus and told them not to take Lesa than $300 for them because I can't take less than $150 or I would do better posting them for sale on eBay otherwise. When they did sell they informed me they got $80 for them and my share was $50. They acted as if they were doing me a favor because they give 50 percent split on high end merchandise. This was so upsetting that I didn't shop there for 2 years. When I went back in the other day the daughter confronted me about it saying they have a stellar reputation and sorry it didn't work out the way I wanted it. She was rude and disrespectful.
