| - Came here a year ago, almost to date to celebrate my friends birthday and here we are again for another birthday dinner. I forget how much I like this place, a bit pricey, but the food, atmosphere and service has always been good. I had made an Open Table Saturday dinner reservations for 2. Daniel our server who made our evening experience enjoyable
Upon arrival we were greeted and seated toward the back, which was a better location than last time here. A bit loud when you sit near the bar area. We started off with Cocktails, Primarita ( tequila, organic agave nectar, pressed lime - no sugar, 1?2 the calories, all organic )
and a Mezcal? Flight. The flight of 5 tasters, presented on a beautiful tray was big for our small table, we only had room for our Tableside Guacamole. Eventually we ordered our entrees, we shared was the Pork Shoulder for 2 and Green Chile Duck Confit (worked out perfectly because there were 2 duck legs). All the dishes were wonderful! especially the Birthday Pumpkin Bread Pudding that came with a Sparkler at the end.
Only Negative is the lighting. No food photos to go with the fan review and my friend and I had to use our phone flash light to read the menu.
Atmosphere: great, Service: excellent Food: very good.
