rev:text	I've been putting off writing this review honestly because of my inability to type with acrylic nails . This place just opened near my house and I was beyond excited! It meant I didn't have to travel the hour drive to west Phoenix to have my eyebrows done. I was so excited with its location, the fact that it was a small family run business and the allure of the 20% during the grand opening, that I decided to not only have my eyebrows done, but a mani and a pedi. Overall this is a pretty good place to go. The family who runs and operates the business is extremely nice. They're really humble and strive to make certain that each customer is satisfied. Just on the customer service alone I would totally give them 5 stars, but u al reviewing the actual services as well...I rated them about average. They need a bit improvement. They are extremely short staffed. This isn't much of an issue at this point because the business doesn't appear to have reached any type of major notoriety as of yet, but with just three individuals performing all of the services, you can't help but question the quality of the services performed. Although I must add, they have never rushed me in and out. The services that I have received have been "so so". A little polish missing here and there or an oddly shaped nail. I can't say that I won't go back based on any of the services because the reality of it is that they're just getting established at this location. They'll get better as they get settled in, no doubt about that.
