  • Dr Campbell is a good Doctor however I would not recommend his practice. Extremely poor patient service, no follow up. Each time I have called the office I have been put on hold by several different staff. Complete miscommunication on several occasions regarding ordering of medical appliance and scheduling of a procedure. The last attempt at schedule a prescribed procedure resulted in a 52 minute holding time only to be told by Jocelyn that they had no idea what I was talking about. Complete incompetence on the part of staff. I would not be seen in this office if my life depended on it. My Chiropractor called for me and was told by his office to call once again to schedule the procedure only to be transferred by three people put on hold and finally told once again that the procedure would not be scheduled until the following appointment. I will not be having the procedure at all as I have no confidence in this practice. Update 03/27/2017 In the end my Chiropractor called Dr Campbell directly and Dr Campbell called me to schedule. He is an excellent Doctor but his staff are incompetent at best and Surly to patients. I recommend maybe seeing him exclusively at the Henderson office
