  • Stayed here recently on our vacation to Toronto. We had some trouble getting into our room. First thinking the key card didn't work, we go back down to the lobby to get that fixed. The key card still didn't work so went back down to lobby to question if the room was already taken or if the key card was faulty or something. The person on duty went up with us and tried the key card and couldn't open the door until he pulled the handle up instead of down to open and told us that sometimes that happens....seriously???...found that very odd, and frustrating late at night when we were tired from a long drive. The hotel was cheap and the room was decent. The bathroom could've used some updating though. I pretty much got what I paid for it.
