Like many I read all of the reviews when considering being a patron of a business.
As I am relatively new to the area, I am trying out all of the ranges that offer services that I am looking for.
I also have trained teams on customer service. I tend to be a bit of a stickler for good customer service and will immediately walk away from places that don't have it.
My first visit was a date night. We we got the date package and had some fun. We both noticed that the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
A month later (last week) we went back and it got better.
Since I am in the market for something new, I started by going to the retail counter and was helped by a person named Daniel. Like many consumers, I asked a ton of questions which were met with patient and knowledgeable answers. He got us set up to try out a couple of choices on the range and off we went.
While on the range we had a great RSO (Wolf) who saw something that one of us could do to improve our shooting. It was not a safety issue that he was commenting on. His intention was to be helpful by making a suggestion that would improve our results / experience. His suggestion produced excellent results.
The only suggestions I have is to improve the lighting on the range by expanding it beyond the firing line and look at what the competition are offering for memberships (at similar price points) and expand the offerings accordingly.
In conclusion, the negative reviews were not consistent with what I have experienced. I encourage readers to use these reviews to inform what to look out for (negative and positive) have a experience or two then make your own decision. So far, this place does very well. When I land on a range, this one will definitely be apart of the consideration. I would recommend this place to first time and experienced marksman alike.
