What a disaster. I called in advance explaining we had six adults and two children. We were a family rarely together and I wanted one table. I was told it would not be an issue, and she would mark one table reserved.
So they seated us at two tables; back to back. To try and correct the situation, I asked for the manager. Ten minutes, and three requests later, a young man purporting to be the manager came by and said "Hi, Buddy. What's the problem?"
I explained that I was very disappointed, and that we had sat long enough moving was not an option. He said OK and danced away.
The food was adequate, when everyone was served their meal. My son and his partner waited ten minutes to get their pancakes after the rest of us were served.
We could have gone to many breakfast places in North Olmsted, and I wish I had suggested another.
