  • I was in here today so that my boyfriend could upgrade his phone. This store is literally a joke. The employee who helped us was named Daniel. Seriously one of the rudest people I've met. He was more worried about taking shit about one of his coworkers then helping us. To the point that he stopped helping us so he could tell one of them what happened with us standing there. So unprofessional. Also once he found out I wasn't a T-Mobile customer he was even ruder. Like why does it matter if I am or not. You have someone standing in front of you who is. Needless to say I will never come back to this store.
