The service center is really great and so are the sales people. However the Management is something else. The response from the managers was horrible. We made an offer on a car. The sales person brought it to the manager. We waited over a half hour, left a note to call us and never heard from them. We returned a couple of days later with the same result. We have been leasing cars there for 12 years, and thought we were valued customers, but our recent experience showed us that loyalty doesn't mean anything at Moore Chrysler.
