The owners of Spa 322 are, quite simply, mean toward the community in which they are located. The spa was under construction for a while and then, about four months ago, construction finished but they still weren't open. I know of multiple people who very politely asked if they could park there during this time, but the owner abruptly and rudely flat-out refused. The lot was empty for months and months yet they would not allow anyone under any circumstances to park there.
This action speaks volumes about the character of the owner. Parking in Little Italy is tough, and it's just one of those things where if you live in the neighborhood and you're not using the space you help your neighbor out. I mean, why WOULDN'T you? The previous owners of Fuel Cafe were very neighborly about this. But I have to say that if this Spa 322 treats their neighbors with this much disrespect and disregard, I would never seek services from them wherein I am supposed to be pampered and treated well.
