  • HORRIBLE place to live. Unless you love streakers, crack pipes, drug deals, scorpions, mice, malfunctioning AC, constant broken washers and dryers and general apathetic management. I absolutely love how the management will not allow satellite dishes for appearance sakes!! HA!!!! I give the maintenance staff a huge thumbs up tho, especially Kyle! They work incredibly hard to keep up with management's incompetency. It made me vomit a little in my mouth every time I had to pay rent.
