Not impressed with Cece at all. Ordered three drinks and said that I'd like to redeem my rewards... rewards... PLURAL! She then proceeded to charge my card and when I corrected her mistake she fixed it which would have been perfect. But oh no...she needed to tell me that I didn't say rewards...I only said reward. Well I know what I said. What you heard may be different but we don't need to quibble over it... just fix the error and move on. Well when she went to fix it, she didn't bother to put what she'd taken off my card back on it. So I had to point that out as well. So irritated by her flippant attitude. She was talking to me like I was 7 or something...telling me if I had said rewards with an s then this would have all been avoided! Not professional at all and frankly she's lucky that I was in the Christmas spirit and didn't let her have every piece of feedback that I was screaming in my head. She seemed to be the only employee working st this time...working the register and making the drinks.. so will give her credit for that...but if she'd keep her smart@ss comments to herself she could go ahead and get done what she needed to get done and not frustrate the h&-- out of her customers. Tell you what...she won't have to worry about this one being back if she's working.
