  • Super unprofessional! Booked an appointment with Carly through her website, showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early to find she is no longer at this location and not working today without trying to contact me to reschedule whatsoever! Even got a confirmation email the day before, with a strict no show and cancellation policy and confirming the correct address. Yikes!
