  • Started going here in 1995 after my husband and I adopted our 1st dog, Rebel. We remained customers for year's and 3 other dogs and several different vets. But, we kept going. Then on a Sunday night our 5 yr old St Bernard fell ill suddenly . My husband rushed him to the ER. They kept him comfortable overnight w pain meds but we felt it best we take him to Park Animal Hospital. Bad idea. We could see people inside. We were ignored as we stood the holding Mac Daddy's IV in the air , waiting for them to please open the door. As soon as we we're inside they asked how long we'd been customers. About 22+ years ? But they ignored us! As his pain medication wore off he began to yelp!Others went before us for follow up shots. Seriously! Sadly he went in a lot of pain . Pretty obvious he needed immediate care. They're clueless here. We have 3 happy, healthy dogs now. But, not customers of this vet ever again.
