We got 3 granite tile samples which we paid $25. The granite was for our kitchen . When I went to return the 3 samples, they could not find where we had bought the samples and would not give me my money back. Talk about poor customer service! The kids at the cash revister wanted a receipt and could not find anything under the phone number for samples. They offered to give me $5 for one of the samples but since I didn't have my husband's debit card, that was not possible. I gave them back the samples and said fix your damn computer system!
Suggeations:
1) Get a computer system that works with the phone number and lists all the transactions for that customer.
2) Give training to the cashiers so they know what to do when a customer brings back $25 in samples.
3) Call a manager when this happens.
