I came at 9am for inspection /emissions on Saturday the 4th. I was informed a problem in the shop had things backed up & it would be about 3 hours. Went to waiting area & thought for a few minutes. Went back to service check in & requested to reschedule. Kim reminded me I was already 4 days late. I agreed but had to be in North Hills by 1pm. She was able to have things rearranged & I was checking out by 10:30. This was unexpected & I was thrilled.
My 9yr old loves the kid area & chalkboard & also the giant bunny. She just wants to hug that bunny so much!. Thanks again for another great experience!
