  • For what Charlotte has to offer, Joe's is stellar. There are times they do have items that are lower priced and that you won't find at Michael's or Blick's. They also do some sample packaging (e.g. Yupo paper of all sizes). There have been occasions (e.g. linseed oils or gallon pouring mediums) where they are higher priced than Amazon and they do not price match, which is sometimes too much of a price difference for me to consider if I'm going through multiple gallons per week. However, that doesn't change the fact that they're a great option for the non-hobby artist to find more specialty items. You're sure to find new items to try or experiment with. I love their pigment selection, inks, and alcohol inks!
