  • Pure plumbing came out, on Tues, to fix my outside bibs. Jeff had told me it would be a on the house becaus of a situation, that happen previously, with pure plumbing. Juan came to install the bids an check the pressure at the bid. He had told me that the pressure was higher than usually. An he had told me my pressure valve was bad an it was a ticking time bomb ready to go off. Of course. I ask him how much,it was going to coast me, an he gave me a estimate on the pressure valve. It was a little bit on the high side but he was also going to replace the shut off value, included in that price. Also Juan was going to install the pressure value in the The correct place, also he had told me that Sunny Plummer. Who install the other valve, had installed it incorrectly, an the shut off valve was in the incorrect location. Juan was going to install it correctly an only charge for the value. All in all. Juan nows what he doing an. He did a great job. Juan is my go to plumber. An Pure Plumbing has repreved, it self. I only wish. I had Juan. At the start. Inseat, of all there other plumbers. Oh well life a learning curve. I guess I got the best for last.
