I had a very hard time writing this review, based on my experience with this boutique unfortunately I have to express my horrific experience I had while waiting for my dress to arrive. I ordered my dress in April and was told to expect the dress to arrive in November. November rolls around and with no word from the store regarding my dress I gave them a call. The gal I spoke with checked the system and advised the dress will arrive "soon" possibly mid-November. I contact the shop again about the first week of December and was told that unfortunately the manager is the only one who has access to the system and she is out on medical leave and unaware of when she will be back in. How can a company operate if only one person has system access? The rep promised to call me back to find out more information. Never got a call back, never heard from the boutique once mind you my wedding is early February. This week I decided to go to the boutique in person to find out where exactly my dress is. I arrived to the boutique with locked door and a dark building although the website clearly states they are open. Call after call no answer, looking through the window I noticed someone was indeed inside. Finally she opened the door and apologized, acknowledge basically everything I have experienced about the run around with my dress, being ignored and not given a straight answer before I could even speak to her regarding it. Turns out my dress arrived the day before (not sure why I didn't get a call but that's a different subject). Turns out she was the actual owner of the store. The reason why I have a hard time writing a review is based off the circumstances the owner had faced that were completely out of her control, however this is still a business and should be treated as so. Communication is key, if someone would have called or emailed back as promised this review may have been a lot different. From a bridal perspective this has been the worst experience!

Just now receiving an email not a phone call that my dress is in. Literally 3 weeks AFTER I had to go the boutique and request answers. Soooo unprofessionally!
