We purchased a 2017 Passat from Lunde in November 2016 and we traded in my wife's 2008 Jetta. We told the service rep, salesman (Yousef) and finance department that there was 6 CD's stuck in the radio. They all stated that they need to return to the manufacturer to get them out. We stopped back in December 2016 and reiterated that we never heard anything about getting the CD's. Went in to the dealership on 6/2/2017 and asked about them and the sales manager basically saud we were out of luck. They never tried to get them back to us. They said someone would call me today, but ignored us again. They basically don't care about customer service, just want your money.
