I just had my picture taken there for a passport . To start i walk in and there is no one by photo section so i see the sign that says pick up photo at front register proceed to register and run into a lady seems like a supervisor or not sure really employee asks what i need i said i was trying to get photos done and there is no one by the photo section ... i asked if it was closed she turns around and she starts walking towards photo section asks if i'm picking up i said no i'm getting photo taken she said ok .... so i'm assuming she is trained for it so i proceed to photo section following her ....she takes photo displays it on a screen that has a grid so you are not able to even see my picture clearly ... so i try to see as much as i can i ask is this acceptable since you cant see one ear and from previous experience i know your ears are to be visible .She says it good then prints and puts picture in pocket and hands me and it has ink on the photo so i said it has ink on the photo can you please redo and she grabs picture and goes back to printer and prints another one .... surprised by the lack of communication and service ...now i take the photo and get home and see i had a blurry picture ..How is this possible ???? Isnt that the first thing you should know when taking photos and check ... if its clear, in focus ....overall bad experience .
