  • BAD BAD BAD. Made an appointment to test drive and purchase a preowned vehicle. Came in for my appointment and met with Anthony. He proceeded to run a Hard Inquire on both mine and my girlfriends credit. After the credit check (and the hit on our credit reports) another salesmen named Cody came out who was very rude and put off a terrible vibe. He informs us that the car we set an appointment the day prior to see, was given to a walk-in customer earlier that day for a 24 hour test drive. Then he tries to push me towards a cheaper vehicle....typical bait and switch. We got up and left. Its a real shame that they have such terrible business practices that they will run a hard inquire on your credit without even verifying the car is on the lot.... I heard about these guys on "Johnjay & Rich", and they boast about how awesome they are, but if you're going to bait and switch me, and use false promises to get customers into your dealership, you aren't a place I want to do business with. Look at all the other reviews and their overall rating on yelp.... Disgusting! Pat Hickey, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
