  • I had a terrible situation where my local Publix grocery store in Port Orange, FL mishandled a cash transfer for me (even though the information I gave them was correct, they put a middle initial - not name, so the transfer couldn't go through). After calling Publix and being told they could do nothing (even though they had the correct information on the form I filled out for them), I called Western Union, and they told me I had to go to one of their places in person. I eventually found Check City (after a casino's Western Union told me they could only help hotel guests). Angela and Michelle were really GREAT and helped track down everything with Western Union and make the correction. They were amazing and I was very grateful for their help!
