  • Been a customer for 5 years, everything has been great. The owner Jay is funny and the staff Chaz and Brian are very knowledgeable and are able help without making you feel like an idiot like a lot of other comic clerks love to do. Only had one big issue that was close to being a literally a fist fight. One Wednesday when a Batman main title came out, I came in at 1015am and grabbed a couple of non-pull box comics and then waited patiently on line to get my pull box and pay. While I was waiting (it's very packed at this time of the week, every week), one of the customers in front of me asked for the ENTIRE stack of variants, which was maybe like 10 of same exact variants. He proceeded to tell the manager that he was buying all of them and no one else can have any of them. Honestly, it was very aggressive of him and the manager did ask to get me 1 of the 10 copies he was holding. I didn't get my variant after quite a enraging experience, but later on in the month, I was given one in my pull box, and they did change the policy to help prevent rude and ignorant people from buying all the variants and reselling them and leaving the rest of us in the dark! I am really appreciative of them changing this policy.
