  • How in the heck does Southwest Airline only have 3.5 stars on Yelp? Makes no sense! Of all the airlines, they are definitely number one in my book for traveling in the U.S. The staff is so polite, they don't over-use the intercom for announcements, they are sometimes funny, sometimes talented enough to serenade you with a song, and badass enough to know how to properly LAND a plane!!! I'm not kidding when I say they are my first choice. Everything from booking my ticket to getting my seat, etc - the process is easy, smooth, stress free. Southwest Airline... Well done valuing your employees. It shows in the eye of the consumer. Your people are everything. #iluvswa Sincerely, Britt
