| - I usually go to T-Mobile after I buy an unlocked phone online and need help with the Sim card. There are 2 T-mobile stores along Pecos, and this location on Pecos/Windmill has been the better experience for me. It seems less busy, and even when there are several people ahead of me, I haven't been left waiting too long. Someone from the staff quickly acknowledged me when I walked in the door, and I felt lucky that they generously gave me a new, free Sim card (or else, I would've had to pay $27 for another one) because I didn't realize that the card in my old phone was bigger than the slot in my new phone so it couldn't simply be transferred over as it was. I couldn't remember where I had stashed (or trashed) my original T-mobile Sim card adapter which could've been used instead, and I certainly wasn't going to drive all the way back home to look for it! I had my new phone activated, set up, and working in less than 10 minutes, and I wasn't charged anything extra for their help! I had been concerned about the majority of T-mobile reviews on Yelp receiving only 3-star reviews, but this branch has shown me terrific customer service so far! :)
