  • DO NOT...Use this company. A friend that I am power of attorney for was talked into signing a 5 year contract even though she already had another service and has dementia. She lives in a 55 or older community and this scum bag sales man was canvasing the neighborhood trying to get unsuspecting elderly people to sign up for this crap. The sales person knew that she wasn't all there and didn't care. She doesn't know how to use this system and is paying for something that she can't use. She is on a fixed income now and cannot afford this service but when I called to try and cancel they said pretty much TS... They had her do a automatic pay from her checking and I had to cancel the account, but now they are threatening her with turning her over to a collection agency. This company are scam artists and pray on the elderly. They should be ashamed of themselves.
